About This Trip
Most Thailand trips jump straight into Bangkok’s crowds. This one starts with a slower, seaside pace in Hua Hin. You ride a cable car up to a hilltop palace, visit a teakwood palace from 1924 and see wild monkeys on a hill above the sea. Then you head to Bangkok for a half-day tour of three of its best-known temples, a gem shop stop and some last-minute market shopping. It’s an easy first trip to Thailand for couples, families and friends.
